The maximum liability of Elizabeth Rotoff Voice and Wellness arising from your use of the Website is limited to the greater of one hundred ($100) Canadian Dollars or the amount you paid to Elizabeth Rotoff Voice and Wellness in the last six (6) months. This applies to any and all claims by you, including, but not limited to, lost profits, or revenues, consequential or punitive damages, negligence, strict liability, fraud, or torts of any kind.
23. Refund Policy
Digital products and services:
All Sales are Final on instant access digital products. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. There is a 21 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with health coaching programs provided all food journals and other homework have been completed and returned to Elizabeth Rotoff Voice and Wellness.
All registration fees are non-refundable
There is a 30 day cancellation notice policy for voice lesson packages of more than 4 lessons. Please read your lesson policy agreement.
